Return:
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, the unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be returned by post. It is not possible to return the items themselves.
Online Request Return Bonus: Go to your account and click Sign In Return. Then you have to decide whether it is a complaint or another reason.
After applying for a return receipt online, you can add it to the return shipment. The package contains a pre-printed address label.
Paste the address label on the package and provide the package with the items that need to be returned at one of the GLS points near you.
The cost of returning the items is for Geisha Fashion.
Items must be returned undamaged with the labels still confirmed.
If clothing items are damaged or otherwise unacceptable (eg wrinkled, unpleasant odor etc.)
They will be returned to you. It is not possible to send multiple shipments in one package. This in connection with forfeiting a track and trace number.
The track and trace number is linked to the corresponding shipment.
You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when the return is received and processed by us.
Within 14 days, you will receive a refund for the returned items on the bill you used for the original purchase.
The full purchase price, including any shipping costs for the shipment, will be refunded.
The method of repayment depends on the way you have paid your article, and we will refund it again.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring the return ship itself.
