Status of the order:
The delivery time of the order is listed in the order confirmation that was sent to you by e-mail. The order is shipped when all products are in stock. If the expected delivery time is exceeded, you will receive a message. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with track and trace code allowing you to track your order. You can also follow the status of your order in your Geisha Fashion account.
How can I cancel or adjust a placed order?
If you have placed an order and have not yet received a confirmation, it is usually still possible to make adjustments to the order. We always strive to process your order as fast as possible, so if you wish to adjust something or cancel the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order is cancelled, the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
Was my order received correctly?
Once you have gone through the complete ordering process, you receive a confirmation of the order and payment by e-mail. Should you have not received this after 15 minutes, please contact our customer service so that we can sort it out for you.
Can I place extra articles in the same package?

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €3.95 regardless of the number of articles. Shipping is free on orders over €50.

What should I do if I receive a damaged article?
Geisha strives to sell articles in a perfect condition. However, in the exceptional event of receiving a defective article, you can click the option ‘defective article’ when requesting your return slip.
