ACCOUNT
How do I create an account?
Go to ‘login’ and click ‘register here’. After filling in your personal information, you have finished creating an account.

I forgot my password/username. Where can I find these?
Go to ‘login’ and click ‘Forgot password’. After filling in your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to reset your password.

ORDER
How can I cancel or adjust a placed order?
If you have placed an order and have not yet received a confirmation, it is usually still possible to make adjustments to the order. We always strive to process your order as fast as possible, so if you wish to adjust something or cancel the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order is cancelled, the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

Was my order received correctly?
Once you have gone through the complete ordering process, you receive a confirmation of the order and payment by e-mail. Should you have not received this after 15 minutes, please contact our customer service so that we can sort it out for you.

Can I place extra articles in the same package?
If you have placed an order and have not yet received a confirmation e-mail, it is usually still possible to make adjustments to your order. We always strive to process your order as fast as possible, so if you wish to adjust something, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €3.95 regardless of the number of articles. Shipping is free on orders over €50.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the package by using the track and trace code sent to you by e-mail.

What should I do if I receive a damaged article?
Geisha strives to sell articles in a perfect condition. However, in the exceptional event of receiving a defective article, you can click the option ‘defective article’ when requesting your return slip.

What happens to my information?
The personal information you fill in when creating an account is entered into the customer file of Geisha Fashion and is mostly used for fulfilling the agreement/order, fulfilling responsible client management, risk management and any marketing purposes. Your information will never be provided or sold to third parties. You can change your personal information in your account.
 
Should I have an account?
If you have an account, you receive the following benefits: order faster, request the status of orders, and maintain a wish list.
